You’ll receive an email receipt immediately. We’ll then assign a driver and confirm; your driver will contact you on WhatsApp (with live location before pickup).

Payment: Cash or Card (most drivers support contactless)

You’ll see an estimate first; sending usually takes a few seconds.

Rank Taxi Tariff

Tariff 1 Mon–Sat 07:00–23:00 • Start £3.95 • +£0.30 / 1/10 mile
Tariff 2 23:00–07:00 & all Sunday • Start £4.05 • +£0.42 / 1/10 mile

Weekend rule: switches to Tariff 2 at Sat 23:00 and remains Tariff 2 until Mon 07:00.

Typical journey costs are up to 25% cheaper than private-hire/company fares because you pay the official rank tariff.

Bookings are dispatched at the rank tariff. We assign any available licensed rank taxi driver.
