Service

taxis.je is a booking request and dispatch service for licensed Jersey rank taxis (PSV purple-plate). We operate at the official rank tariff. We are not an illegal lifts service or ride-sharing platform.

Bookings

• Requests are currently processed up to 24 hours in advance.
• A booking is confirmed only when a driver accepts and you receive confirmation by Email/WhatsApp.
• Your contract of carriage is with the accepting driver.

Pricing

Fares are charged by the driver at the official rank tariff. Estimates shown are indicative and may vary due to route, traffic, waiting time, and extras (if applicable).

Passenger responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and be ready at the agreed time.
• Communicate changes or cancellations promptly via your confirmation channel.

Liability

We take reasonable care in dispatching requests to licensed drivers. We are not liable for delays, missed connections, or driver actions beyond our reasonable control.
